Master, PhD & Bachelor students can register at the student registration fee. Proof of student status will be asked during registering.
Notifications and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to OUR EMAIL. Cancellations will be accepted until 30 May 2027, with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of € 50,00. After 30 May 2027, no refunds will be given, and the fees will be fully charged. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to a colleague whom will present your work. All changes should be done in written form to OUR EMAIL.
The place of the Gala Dinner will be announced few months prior the conference. The participation will be extra to the above fees.
